Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1–2 hours after purchase. After production or shipping begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
